The team needed all headshots completed in the morning, before their leadership training meetings started.

To make this work, everything was handled before I even arrived at the office.
Pre-Session Planning
A custom schedule was created so each team member had a dedicated time

Expectations were clearly communicated ahead of time
On-Site Setup
The full setup was:
Arriving early, a MUST. Chose the best area for the setup
Tested and dialed lights in before the first person steps in front of the camera

This ensured that once the first person stepped in, the process was smooth and uninterrupted.
